What you'll lose (and what you won't)
Clearing cookies signs you out of most websites — have your passwords handy. You will not lose bookmarks, saved passwords stored in the browser, or browser extensions. Your browsing history is separate and only deleted if you check that box.
If clearing cache and cookies didn't solve your problem, ask us and describe what you're seeing.
